We are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Brokerage to join our continuously growing team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Providing and supervising the provision of reception and transmission of orders and execution of orders on behalf of Clients
- Monitoring of all trading instruments and platforms
- Monitoring clients’ accounts in daily mode with relevant investigations conducted towards irregular activity
- Supervising the staff in the Brokerage Department and evaluating their performance
- Application of operational procedures and ensuring of compliance towards all internal processes and controls
- Preparation of relevant reports as requested by the Senior Management
- Keeping up with financial market activity on a continuous basis
Skills and Qualifications:
- University/College degree in Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field
- 1-3 Years of relevant working experience in Forex/CFDs
- CySEC Certificate holder
- Excellent knowledge of both traditional and innovative financial markets
- Computer proficiency
- Possesses strong analytical skills and can work under pressure.
- Familiar with different trading platforms MT4/MT5
- Fluent English – verbal and written
